TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS: La Top Cycling Team olandese degli anni Sessanta<\/strong><\/p>\n

TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS ha iniziato nel 1961 come una piccola squadra di ciclismo con Televizier come sponsor, inoltre nel 1964 l'ex ciclista Kees Pellenaars \u00e8 diventato caposquadra, ha trasformato la squadra in una squadra di ciclismo di successo e molto professionale.<\/p>\n

Nel 1966 e nel 1967, la squadra Pellenaars corse sotto il nome di TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS, diventando una delle squadre olandesi di maggior successo nel ciclismo professionistico. Il team \u00e8 stato fondato nel 1966 come joint venture tra la guida televisiva olandese Televizier e il produttore di biciclette olandese Batavus.<\/p>\n

La squadra era composta da un numero di giovani corridori promettenti come sprint cannon Gerben Karstens, Jos Van Der Vleuten, Cees Haast, Henk Nijdam e Jo de Roo. La squadra \u00e8 diventata rapidamente una delle squadre pi\u00f9 forti del gruppo e ha vinto diverse gare importanti, tra cui il Giro dei Paesi Bassi e il Giro del Belgio. Nel 1966 la squadra fu anche fortemente presente al Tour de France e nel 1967 alla Vuelta.<\/p>\n

Il successo di TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS non \u00e8 dovuto solo ai risultati individuali. La squadra era nota anche per il suo lavoro di squadra forte e affiatato, con i corridori che si aiutavano a vicenda per vincere. La squadra aveva un forte treno di sprint, che ha permesso a Karstens di ottenere molte vittorie.<\/p>\n
